Most of the  goats on our place are rangeland (feral) goats that are simply trade stock. We have been breeding selected females to Kalahari Red bucks with good results. We aim to breed commercial rangeland bucks that are around 75% Kalahari Red 25% feral. Early results indicate that we can improve the growth rate of the feral animals while maintaining toughness and reproductive rate.
